| Card Making - Matching Journal and Card Set |
I've decided to make a card to match a Journal I made in a previous Youtube video. The journal was made on another Youtube channel I own called '1st Choice Crafts'.
The card is made with scraps peaces of paper left over from the journal. As you can see, it's 2 different prints of paper on the card. As in the video one print of paper is a scrap peace matching the front and back of the journal and the other is matching the inside cover of the journal.
The embellishments on the card were handmade by using die cuts, sprays, and gesso.
The Gold Flower was made by punching out a die cut from EK Success flower die using white paper and spraying the flowers with Prima 'Color Bloom' gold foil (color) spray mist.
The Scissors and Ticket were made by taking craft paper and putting it through my Cuttlebug die cutting machine to punch out the scissors and ticket from the Cuttlebug 'Lost and Found' die collection and then painting the die cuts with white gesso by 'Liquitex'.
The "For Someone Special" Sentiment on the card was made by taking white card stock and putting it through my cuttlebug machine to punch out the
For Someone Special' sign from a die that was purchased from 'Aliexpress.
